Their Software Products solve some of the world's most challenging problems in the areas of Cyber Security, Reverse Engineering, Anti:Tampering and Quality Engineering for Enterprise and Embedded applications. Many of the world's Fortune xxxx companies, Defense Contractors, Research Institutes and innovative Start:Ups use our client's technology to push the limits of software scalability and soundness.
Your Role
You will be working on meaningful and interesting software projects. You will create software development tools that yourself would love to use. Your software releases and prototypes will be a true signature of your work and capabilities. You will also be collaborating with others in making your software interacting with others' code. Essentially, you will be participating in turning cutting:edge research into top:end commercial products.
The Fit
You have advanced software development skills in C and C++. You are comfortable looking your colleagues' code and helping them improve it. Any additional experiences in the following areas are strong advantages:
Java, Scheme, Python, or JavaScript : Compilers or Static Analysis : Machine Code: x86 / PowerPC / ARM : Software and/or Data Visualization Techniques or UX design
Our Client's Role
Our client will supply you with ample research, brainpower and resources to do your job well. Their Engineering and Research departments will serve as your databank for software development knowledge. You will receive On:going Training and Assistance on their software tools and code base. The VP of Product Architecture and the VP of Development and Research along with their departments will provide you with guidance and help you achieve your goals. Depending on your areas of strengths and your skills, you will be given additional responsibilities and plenty of room for growth. Our client does not believe in "career stagnation." Their average employee tenure is over 7 years.
The Compensation and Benefits
The salary is negotiable. Our client is very competitive in terms of compensation and will not let salary and bonuses get in the way of hiring the right person.
