Role Summary/Purpose: As a User Experience Engineer you will be responsible for discovering, designing and implementing state of the art user interfaces for Vehicle Health Management Systems based on the GE Industrial Internet Design System.
Essential Responsibilities:
: Work with GE systems engineers and our customers to understand our users needs
: Develop Graphical User Interface with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS
: Be a fully engaged member of an Agile team
: Keep aligned and up:to:date with cutting edge design technology from the GE Corporate SWCoE
: Promote UX principles and best practices within the group
: Participate actively in design and code reviews
: Interact closely with customers to drive requirements and customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college
: A minimum of 3 years of commercial software or systems development experience
