Work in a fast paced, smaller office environment that is driven by state:of:the:art technology. The newest member of our team must be a forward thinker, optimistic and willing to learn a new skillset, can handle multi:tasking. The Buyers Agent Specialist is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive team of Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team's standards and to achieving the team's goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. Agent Requirements: Michigan Real Estate License (willing to obtain one) Reliable transportation Friendly, outgoing and professional Tech savvy (social media and marketing skills a plus) Great customer service skills Detailed oriented and organized Ability to effectively communicate Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
