I am looking for someone to perform the regular house inspections during my tenants' lease (2 or 3 times a year). I need a detail oriented person who will take excellent photos (and maybe some video) to ensure the property is being used for its intended purpose and noting any damages. Another inspection would be performed when tenants move in/out.
