Volt Workforce Solutionshas a temporary position available with Our Client in Grand Rapids, MI for an Escrow and Curative Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Escrow and Curative Assistant:
* Provides support to the Escrow Department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to Escrow closings.
* Opens orders and inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by the Escrow Officer.
* Prepares documents for closing, and handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all Escrow transactions.
* Communicates requirements and other information to customers, including Title exceptions.
* Interprets Earnest Money Agreements as they relate to closing, and prepares all documents required for transactions.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Escrow and Curative Assistant position include the following:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong Customer Service orientation
* Must be detail-oriented
* Should possess excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
* While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear.
* The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
