Job Description
Job Summary: A growing property management company has an opening for a Maintenance Technician. Applicant will be repairing apartments for new and existing occupants, painting, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement. Candidate will complete indoor preventative maintenance as well as outdoor landscaping and maintenance.
Location: Grand Rapids
Position Type: Full time, evaluation hire
Pay: $11.00 per hour, quarterly bonus and housing discounts
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, sharing on call duty – 1 weeknight and weekends
Qualifications: Candidates with previous property maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates need to have general handyman skills and have their own set up basic tools. Drivers license and ability to pass a background check is required to be considered for this position. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
