Under the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services, and in accordance with the _Trinity Health Strategic Plan_, supervises one or more shifts of the day:to:day, 24x7 operations of the Environmental Services Department, including team leaders. Accountable for ensuring total quality cleanliness of all hospital interior spaces (and some exterior) as evidenced by internal quarterly housekeeping audits. Associates Degree. Bachelors Degree preferred.Prior management experience in the health care, hotel, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, or other related field with a minimum 3 years supervisor experience in large institutions.Prior experience with intuitional cleaning and floor care. Basic waste management knowledge so as to assist in the proper storage, labeling, collection and treatment of solid waste, universal waste, medical waste, and hazardous wastes including solvents and pharmaceuticals preferred.
