Position Summary
Under general supervision and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education : Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
Experience : 6 months of experience in for NRS : Home Care
Licenses : Licensed Practical Nurse in MI (LPN)*
Drivers License : MI (MI DR LIC)NRS Home Care, VNA and Hospice
Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)90 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Licenses : Basic Life Support (BLS).
