Administrative Assistant (Aviation Industry) needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yohs client located in Grand Rapids, MI

: Experience supporting aviation commercial airline customers
: Strong organizational and e:mail management skills
: Strong MS Excel Skills
What Youll Duties:
: The position is to provide support for the Aftermarket contract administrators.
: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to processing paperwork and maintaining electronic records associated with the repair of assets, filing of paperwork, and maintenance of customers electronic tools.
: The individual will need basic computer skills and preferably be experienced in using Oracle R12. Strong organizational skills are essential and record integrity is paramount.
: Physical requirements of the job include a split of keyboard entry and filing of hard copy documents through scanning and placement in filing cabinets.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
: High School Diploma
: Experience with Oracle
