Job Details: ROLE SUMMARY
Works under the supervision of the Operations Manger. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and new members. Assists in the maintenance, cleaning and order of the facility and all equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides excellent customer service to current and new members including, but not limited to: implementation of our fitness coaching model and providing those services relative to the overall development of the client's short range and long range lifestyle changes needed to reach core goals.
2. Participates in the development/implementation and revision of continuous quality control, process improvement and quality management.
4. Recognizes and seeks learning opportunities relevant to advancing personal and professional competency. Displays self-motivation in meeting personal needs and goals.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
* Excellent guest relations, good communication skills both oral and written, motivational skills, ability to work well with others, member, co-workers and the public.
* Must be able to organize work load and use time effectively, think critically, problem solve, explain, reason and remember.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* A high school diploma or the equal thereof.
* CPR/AED Certified
* One year experience in customer service setting.
