Job Description
Rockford Restoration Services, LLC a successful insurance restoration company is experiencing rapid growth and has an opening for an Insurance Restoration/Project Superintendent at our Rockford Location. This position is responsible for; scheduling, purchasing materials, managing construction crews, managing subcontractors and working with homeowners to repair homes that have experienced an insurance loss.
Preferred Qualifications:
Has management experience in the insurance restoration industry, single family home construction or a home repair background.
Is customer focused, skilled in project and people management and interested in joining a successful growing company
Has the ability to manage job scheduling and job progress from start to finish and resolve issues in an efficient and cost effective manner with a strong focus on quality.
Has an excellent organizational, decision making and communication skill.
Is capable of motivating and leading a team of restoration technicians
A contractor license is preferred but not required.
A thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred but will consider a combination of single family home construction experience or home repair background.
Has a thorough knowledge of safety standards
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
