One of the best manufacturers of higher end gas motorhomes. 37 ft long 102 inch "wide body" 40,000 miles 460 Ford gas engine<br> This would be an excellent couch to live in through the winter down south. Plenty of room. Everything works!! sleeps 4 "super slide" large walkthrough bathroom with linen closet, clothes closet, glass enclosed shower with a sky light and a blind that closes or opens over it, 2 medicine cabinets, storage under sink kitchen has a dinette, two door refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, 3 burner stove top, glass enclosed china cabinet, pantry, "garage" for toaster, coffee maker, etc bedroom has a queen size bed, side cabinets w/drawers on each side of the bed, wall lights on each side and storage cabinets along the ceiling, bed lifts for storage living room has a couch that makes into a bed, swivel rocker/recliner with a side table that goes up or down. There is also a coffee table and 2 cabinets along the ceiling. The front seats, recliner and couch are Flex Steel. The couch makes into a full size bed for 2 adults Rain sensor vent window Day/night shades Awnings all around the coach plus big awning over exit door xxxx Onan generator Holding tank for fresh water, grey water black water Many storage compartments outside, one has an outdoor shower The main color inside the coach is light green, very pretty The TV is not HD, we just used a black box antennae New circuit board in the refrigerator It has a tag axle Docking lights Tires are in very good condition The outside is a little sun faded but it doesn't hurt anything There is a hole in the back bumper, see picture, car dolly came loose and hit it, ball was wrong size This is a beautiful coach!! ,
